   京津城际铁路连接北京、天津两大直辖市,起点为北京南站,终点为天津站城际场,为双线电气化铁路,线路全长119.4 km,其中无砟轨道长度为113.6 km。全线设北京南、亦庄、永乐、武清、天津5个车站。线路通过繁华市区,以桥梁和路基工程为主,全线200574正式开工,200881正式开通运营,目前试运行的******速度是398.4公里/小时,正常运行350公里/小时,试运行一直比较平稳。

钢轨与道岔施工技术

   京津城际铁路全线一次性铺设跨区间无缝线路233km20077月至10月完成500m长钢轨基地焊接,20071113日至20071216日完成全线500m的长钢轨铺设,2008116日完成全线钢轨焊接和锁定施工。中间站正线间渡线,正线与到发线连接道岔采用可动心轨、分动外锁闭的18号道岔,侧向允许通过速度为80km/h;南仓联络线采用39号道岔,侧向允许通过速度为160km/h。中间站正线、南仓联络线道岔的轨下基础由混凝土道床板(含岔枕)和混凝土支承层组成。亦庄站采用特殊轨道板式道岔板2组,开了世界首例。该线其中113.5公里路段为无碴轨道,采用了从德国博格公司(Max Bögl)引进的板式轨道技术。全线共使用了36,092块博格式轨道板。

无砟轨道技术

   京津城际铁路除车站到发线外,正线均采用CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道,全线CRTSⅡ型轨道板计34527块、其中用于直线及半径在1500m以上曲线的标准板34061块,用于600m1500m半径的曲线板186块,用于350m600m半径的曲线板173块,特殊板56块、补偿板51块。全线于200691日开始制板,2007818日完成全部轨道板预制。路基地段(桩板结构地段)100m定尺长60kg/m无螺孔新轨、Vossloh300型弹性扣件、预制轨道板、砂浆调整层、水硬性材料支承层 (混凝土底座)组成;在桥梁地段还包括连续底座板、滑动层、侧向挡块等部分组成。轨道结构是铁路线路的基础,是支撑列车运行的重要组成部分。目前世界上铁路轨道结构分为有砟轨道和无砟轨道两种。与传统的有砟轨道相比,无砟轨道具有结构稳定,使用寿命长,维修工作量小,有利于提高运输效率等特点,尤其适合对线路的平顺性和稳定性具有很高要求的高速铁路。日本、德国等国家和地区的部分高速铁路铺设了无砟轨道。无砟轨道的设计、制造、安装要求非常高。轨道板是严格按照设计的几何尺寸、结构和规范的制作工艺,在工厂预制加工的,其精度误差以毫米级计量;每个扣件承轨槽,要根据水平、高程三维坐标,采用数控机床进行精密打磨加工,精度达到0.1毫米;无砟轨道的铺设需要采用专门施工机械和测量设备,经过粗调、精调等一系列步骤。京津城际铁路共铺设了34535块板式轨道板。通过京津城际铁路的建设实践,我国已完全掌握了无砟轨道的设计建造技术,形成了中国铁路无砟轨道技术标准和规范。

   正线桥梁总延长为100.5km,其中跨北京环线、凉水河、杨村、永定新河、新开河5座特大桥累计长99.5km。桥梁梁部以32m预应力混凝土箱型简支箱梁为主导梁型,跨越主要道路采用连续梁,******跨度128m20064月初开始全线箱梁的预制工作,2007813完成全部箱梁的预制工作,共预制梁2745片。2006715架设全线第一片预制箱梁, 2007830日完成了全线最后一片箱梁的架设工作。全线共有现浇简支梁181孔、现浇连续梁40座,简支拱1座,200710月完成全部连续梁的施工。京津城际铁路全线共有桥墩3045个,均采用钻孔桩施工。京津城际铁路途经北京、天津两大直辖市,沿线经济发达,道路纵横交错,土地资源极其宝贵,为******限度地减少铁路线路对城市的切割,节省宝贵的土地资源,经过综合技术经济比选,京津城际铁路广泛采用了桥梁替代传统路基,桥梁长度占线路总长度的87%,每公里桥梁平均节省土地44亩,仅此就节约土地1600余亩。经过大量技术经济比选,京津城际铁路选用了900吨级重的32米简支整孔箱梁。这种梁,稳定性好,更适合高速列车运行,并且能够实现工厂化制作,有利于控制质量和工期。京津城际铁路的所有桥梁都做了耐久性设计和景观设计,桥梁主体结构使用寿命为100年。

路基沉降控制技术

   京津城际铁路路基全长13.14km,其中区间路基6/8443.33m,车站路基3/5610.15m路基分布于北京、天津市内和亦庄、永乐、武清站,总延长为18.9km。主要类型有软土及松软土地基路堤、浸水路堤、扶壁式挡土墙等。全线路基宽度(含车站)13.038.5m,路堤高度在010m。正线全部为软土或松软地基路堤,亦庄站、武清车站、预留永乐站路基面两侧均设置扶壁式挡土墙,普济河桥段路基局部为浸水路堤。全线路基地基处理方式主要有桩网结构和桩板结构两种方式。路基及桥梁基础的沉降控制是铺设无砟轨道及保持轨道平顺性的关键。京津城际铁路对基础的沉降有严格要求,其中路基及桥梁基础工后沉降不超过15毫米,桥梁相邻墩台沉降差不超过5毫米。京津城际铁路沿线地基为软土、松软土,天津段基岩在1000米以下。这类土具有含水量高、压缩性高、透水性差、强度低的特点,在这类土质上铺设无砟轨道,国内外没有成熟的经验。经过z6国工程技术人员的不懈努力,通过一系列技术攻关,采用封闭部分水井,减少或控制沿线地下水开采;桥梁增加桩长、桩径,采用可调高支座;轨道采取可调扣件等措施,有效控制了松软土地基地区的路基变形和桥梁沉降,满足软土地基以及区域沉降条件下铺设无砟轨道的要求。

   与普速列车相比,动车组本身具备噪声低、振动小的优点,加上高速铁路的轨道光滑平顺、桥梁自重大、路基密实度高,高速动车组列车产生的噪声和振动均低于国家规定的标准。尽管如此,考虑京津城际铁路与沿线群众生活环境的和谐,在设计修建京津城际铁路时,对经过学校、医院、居民区等区段设置了一道声屏障,******限度地降低噪声和振动对两侧群众生活的影响。同时,铁路部门还对声屏障的外观做了美化设计,采用了从上到下由浅至深渐变的色彩装饰,******程度地减小了对旅客视线的影响,在声屏障高度高于动车组车窗的部分,采用了新型透明的隔声材料,具有抗污、自净、防鸟撞、防眩目、防破碎脱落等功能。

   用车方面,该线第一阶段会使用时速350公里的CRH2C型动车组,及时速CRH3“和谐号”动车组窗帘可调节  CRH3“和谐号”动车组窗帘可调节350公里的CRH3型动车组。在京津城际铁路开行的动车组列车,使用的是拥有完全自主知识产权、具有世界先进水平的国产CRH2型和CRH3型“和谐号”动车组。CRH2型动车组是由四方机车车辆股份有限公司设计制造的,CRH3型动车组是由唐山轨道客车有限责任公司设计制造的。这两种动车组,是我国机车车辆企业在引进国外时速200 公里动车组技术,成功实现了时速200公里及以上动车组国产化批量生产的基础上,通过再创新,在中国时速350公里动车组技术平台上设计制造的,能够实现时速350公里平稳运行。由此,我国成为世界上少有的几个能够设计制造时速350公里高速动车组的国家之一,标志着我国机车车辆技术实现了历史性突破。
